Job searching whilst managing your current job

If you are already employed then you may find it quite a challenge if you are wanting to search for a new job. Often the last thing you want to be doing after a long day at work is searching for and applying for new jobs but this is probably the only time you have to do it.
When you get home give yourself half an hour or so to sit down and relax with a cuppa before you start. Giving yourself time to unwind will mean that you are more productive when you start your job searching process.
Write down a list of places that you want to check for jobs on a daily basis and jobs boards that you can upload your CV to. You may also want to register with an agency who can help find jobs that you may be suitable in applying for.
Yu may need to attend interviews when already employed and this can make it hard to get the time off work if your current employer doesn’t know you are looking for work. Ideally, you will have enough holiday that you can book days off when you have interviews so you do not have to call in sick. This will allow you to feel less worried on the day as you have not had to lie to attend the interview.
